The Mariánské Lázně golf course is a classic style of the Scottish and Irish courses of the turn of the century. The 18-hole course lies at the foot of Slavkov Forest, 787 m above sea level and is largely on flat land.

There is a grass beach a shallow ramp leading into the water. The lake is used commonly for swimming, wind surfing, boating and fishing. The lake also has a camping ground and serves refreshments.

A few meters from the Hotel Krakonoš is situated a top equestrian centre with two outdoor and one indoor training arena.

During the summer, the ice rink is used for international hockey schools, while during the year the Mariánské Lázně Hockey Team and Figure Skating Division practice there. It's also used for training camps for hockey teams from around the country as well as for concerts and other sporting events.
