St. Martin’s Day Menu at Villa Patriot

Autumn in Mariánské Lázně brings special moments when tradition meets the art of fine dining. We have prepared a festive St. Martin’s Day menu for you, featuring delicate goose liver with cognac and brioche, a rich goose velouté, and crispy roast goose served with potato dumplings and red cabbage. To finish on a sweet note, enjoy a chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream and pears. Our menu will be accompanied by carefully selected St. Martin’s wines.

To ensure an exceptional dining experience and the utmost freshness, our special menu will be available from November 11 to 14 exclusively by prior reservation, which must be made no later than November 9.
