AWURUDU CELEBRATIONS

This year, Mariánské Lázně will transform for a few days into the atmosphere of tropical Sri Lanka.

At the Reitenberger Spa Medical hotel, a special program dedicated to the celebration of the Sri Lankan New Year, Awurudu—one of the most important holidays of the island—will take place.

The main day of celebrations, Wednesday, April 15, will begin at 9:00 AM in the resort lobby with a traditional oil ritual for health and good fortune in the new year, led by Sri Lankan Ayurveda doctors. In the afternoon, the U Opata restaurant will come alive with a vibrant program featuring music and dance, a lantern-making workshop, traditional games, and themed refreshments. Come and enjoy a unique cultural experience and discover the magic of Ayurveda. Admission is free with prior registration, with the option to purchase an evening buffet.

Each registered guest will also receive a special voucher for an Ayurveda treatment.
