J. Konig built this architectonically interesting building in 1902 according to the design of the architect A. Heymann. Parks were arranged by Sven Svenson who is the author of the "Fairytale Path" featuring many fairytale life-size characters (on the slope next to the hotel, beneath Krakonoš). This place features one of the most beautiful views of Mariánské Lázně.
