SALT CAVE SALINA

Salt Cave – health without a prescription
This salt cave is a relaxation and inhalation place built from 250-million-year old salt boulders from the Himalayas (Pakistan) and salt from the Dead Sea. The salt cave provides an ideal climate comparable to the seaside microclimate, as experts say, or we may compare it to an actual salt cave deep below the surface of the earth. The air is saturated with valuable minerals such as iodine, magnesium, potassium, calcium, selenium, sodium and many other very valuable elements.
The clean ionized air has a positive effect on the human health condition and is particularly beneficial for the following afflictions:
- chronic and recurring lung afflictions (asthma, bronchitis, laryngitis)
- infections of all types and weakened respiratory system
- high blood pressure and post-heart attach conditions
- dermatological afflictions (dandruff, allergies)
- digestive tract
- lymph nodes
- neurosis, stress, aids in treating depression

Time in the salt cave also relieves the consequences of smoking and slows the aging process.
The cave does not produce an immediate effect, however, and there must be more sessions to see results. Five visits of 50 minutes each, once per day, should affect your organism like one week at the seaside. The optimal air humidity in the air and a temperature of around 25°C increases the intensity of release of very beneficial elements, and accelerates the intake of salt air into the organism. The effects of temperature and light produce a negatively ionizing effect of the air in the cave, which in our over-electrified world of today is very necessary for our nervous system. It is known that salt has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal effects, and was a renowned healing and disinfecting agent even during ancient times. There can be no doubt of its beneficial effects on the human organism today.
It will be our pleasure to welcome you into our salt cave "SALINA".
