THE JURY – MUSIC COMPETITION
Chairperson of the jury:
Prof. Natalia Morozova (Holland) – is a Professor at Rotterdam Conservatory of Music and Department Head of Violin and is a regular performer of concerts and has performed in the best concert halls in Holland, Poland, Germany, USA, Slovenia, Russia, France, Sth Korea and Switzerland etc.
Members of the jury:
Prof. Maria Jashvili (Russia) – is a Professor at Moscow Conservatory of Music and Department Head of Violin.
Prof. Irina Tajmanova (Russia) – is a Professor of St Petersberg Conservatory of Music and the Director of theater and TV opera performances.
Prof. Andre Telderman (Holland) – is a Professor of the Academy of Arts and Head of the Department of Piano and conductor of orchestra.
Prof. Monique Heidema (Holland) – is a Professor at the Academy of Arts, Head of Department violoncello and Professor of Tilburg Conservatory.
Prof. Ron Ephrat (Israel/Holland) – is the Concert Master of the viola group in Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra and Head of Department viola in Rotterdam Conservatory of Music.
Prof. Ephrat is also a teacher of viola in various music schools throughout Holland.
Criteria for appraisal of participants competition works:
Must conform to competition's guidelines. The age of the participant. The presentation and uniqueness of the work. The level of technical skill. Expressiveness of the presentation and musical quality. Fine art competition – creativity, originality and appropriateness to the theme.
The winner of the competition will get the title of Laureate - 1st - 2nd - 3rd degree other prizes will be awarded for performances considered to be unique and warranting special attention. All participants will receive a diploma of participation in the competition. The Laureate winners perform in a special concert of winners and and will also perform in a final festival closing concert of Second Nokturno of Marianske Lazne.
THE JURY – fine arts competition
Zinaida Kulieva – Vladikavkaz Russia
Arts C.V. was born on 24th February 1982 in the town of Vladikavkaz, Russia. In 1997 she completed her appointment at the childrens school of arts S.D.Tavasijev. From 1997 to 2001 she studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vladikavkaz in the faculty of ceramics. In 2001 she began at the Academy of Fine Arts I. Repin in St Peteresberg in the faculty of sculpture and architecture. After completing her studies in the faculty of graphics under Prof. Li Klim, A. Andrejev, P. Tatarnikov and M. Gerasimov. In 2007 she completed her studies at the faculty of literary graphics under Prof. A. Pachomov.

Conditions and schedule of Fine Arts Competition.
The theme of the opening exhibition of Fine Art works will be decided by the organizers of the competition (the size of the paintings must be approx 40x50cms, other art works must be a maximum of 50cms high).
All participants will be shown around the town and the potential locations to exhibit their work at which time they will decide on the location of their choice for their work. The themes from which the participants can choose to create their works are 'Nature' or 'the town' and a participant may also choose a combination of these themes also motivated by the setting they choose to exhibit in.
During the festival Masterclasses and talks by professional artists from different countries will take place. All art works created within the festival and its competitions will also be on public exhibition.
One of the works created during the festival will be presented to the Town Council in appreciation of being the host for the festival.
