(importantly it is possible to arrange for a local concert master to assist with performances with the price agreed by negotiation before the concert dates)

INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS AND ACCOMPANYING PARTY

ACCOMMODATION

All participants and accompanying party and guests will have the exclusive use of rooms available for their stay in a hotel/pension Zlaty zamek for the duration of the festival and competition. The hotel/pension is situated in the center of the town not far from the performance location. There are elevators in this pension.

Participants will be accommodated in the hotel or the pension.

CATEGORY HOTEL – double bed room with bathroom (beds, wardrobes, coffee tables, armchairs, table lamps, all bedclothes provided, towels, bathroom, WC, shower, TV, fridge) plus breakfast.

CATEGORY PENSION – double 3 and 4 bed rooms of student quality (wardrobes, beds, writing desks, table lamps, hand basin with hot and cold drinking water, mirror and balcony) on every floor is also situated a WC and showers. All rooms have bedclothes and towels provided plus breakfast.

The price of accommodation with breakfast per person per day: (paid by participants)

CATEGORY 'HOTEL'- room with bathroom (bathroom, WC, TV, fridge, shower) plus breakfast - 500CZK / approx 25Euro (the price in Euro is depended on the daily rate)

CATEGORY 'PENSION' - room without bathroom (hand basin, hot and cold water) – there are communal WC's and showers on each floor - 280CZK / approx 14Euro (the price in Euro is depended on the daily rate).

THE ACCOMMODATION MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL IN CZK OR EUROS IN CASH ON ARRIVAL!!!!

MEALS

Breakfast – included in the accommodation price.

Lunch – it is possible to purchase lunch in the hotel/pension for 80CZK/4Euro per person , student canteen – there is no service of meals, choice of two hot meals and two cold, beverages.

Dinner - it is possible to purchase lunch in the hotel/pension for 80CZK/4Euro per person , student canteen – there is no service of meals, choice of two hot meals and two cold, beverages.

FEES

Participant fee.

Competition participant 150 Euros per person

Accompanying person 40 Euros per person

Guests of the festival/competition 40 Euros per person

TRANSPORT

Information about transfers and stay during the festival :

There will be buses available to transfer participants of the competition and festival to Marianske Lazne from Prague Airport, Karlovy Vary Airport, main railway station Prague, main railway station Plzen, central bus station Plzen.

Transfer price one way

Prague – Marianske Lazne 19 – 25 Euros

Plzen – Marianske Lazne 14 – 18 Euros

Karlovy Vary – Marinanske Lazne 10 – 15 Euros

The price is dependent on the size of the bus or minibus and the number of people being transferred.

BINDING DATES

1. Application final date 31^st May 2011

2. Confirmation of acceptance – will be sent by organizers by 15^th June 2011

3. The festival requires participants to inform the organizers before 20^th July 2011 of

their date, place and time of arrival in order to book the appropriate transfers
